The last chapters will basically show she is thinking about this and the last scene is the 6 main characters playing video games of course. Than Narumi will do a fast escape with Hirotaka and will kiss him accepting him as truly boyfriend. This last scene play kinda similar in the end of OVA3, except the kiss. Koyanagi and Kabakura married.
